City of Two Rivers, Wisconsin

Property Assessment Data

The following information is provided as a service to the citizens of Two Rivers. The Two Rivers City Assessor's Office makes every effort to produce and publish the most current and accurate information possible. The information contained within this site is the 2007 Assessment Year Property Data. This data reflects property changes which have occurred prior to 1/1/2006. Any change in a property since 1/1/2007 as a result of building permit, property split, fire, or storm damage is not reflected in this data. Any physical building or improvement changes which have occurred since 1/1/2007 will be reflected in our December 2008 update.

The Two Rivers Assessors Office is located at 1717 East Park Street, Two Rivers, WI 54241-0087 on the second floor. The Assessor's telephone number is (920) 793-5571. Our office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

With web based property record card data now available, we encourage your use of this site and discourage telephone requests for data. If you don't find something you require such as lot dimensions, then please feel free to call and request this information. We hope to have lot dimensions available online once our vendor adds a field for this information. We have made this request and we anticipate they will add such a field, although they haven't given us any indication as to when this may be added. At that time, we will be able to offer a more complete package of property/building information.

We also have updated many building photos over the last three years. Most photos now have date stamps so all users are able to tell when the photo was taken. Our older photos taken around 1998 or 1999 at the time of the last revaluation do not have any date stamps. All of those photos will be eventually replaced.

The 2007 net tax rate for the City of Two Rivers within the Two Rivers School District is $25.10 per thousand of assessed valuation and $22.68 per thousand for that portion withint the Manitowoc School District. The 2007 lottery credit for the Two Rivers School District is $97.91 and $75.65 for the Manitowoc School District. The 2007 ratio or local level is $90.92.

The Assessor's Office will also now make available a book with all the City property record card information in it, such as parcel ID, owners name, location, acres, year-built, square feet, number of rooms, volume and page, last sale price, and the current assessment. These books can be purchased for $100.00 at the Assessor's Office. Please call and place an order with us if you are interested in purchasing one of these books. We require one week notice in order to print.

We hope you find this site helpful.

Sincerely;

Greg Weisheipl - City Assessor

Shirley Shimulunas - Assessment Technician
